Major build-to-rent players circling inner Melbourne site Share Melbourne apartment developer UAG, led by Nicole Chow, is hoping to realise an early profit from the sale of a large inner Melbourne development site that has attracted interest from major build-to-rent players including Mirvac, Tim Gurner and Greystar. UAG paid $30 million for the 8803 square metre former Vision Australia site at 346-350 Macaulay Road, Kensington in 2018.
