The Office of the Jackson County Prosecuting Attorney announces that the Grand Jury sitting in the February, 2021 Term of Court in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, West Virginia has returned 30 Indictments against 28 named individuals, as follows:
• Brian Bertloff, (29) of Cleveland, Ohio was indicted with one (1) count of Prohibited Person in Possession of a Firearm, a felony.
• Jonathan Spencer, (36) of Cottageville, was indicted with one (1) count Transferring or Receiving Stolen Property, a felony.
• Mildred Casto, (55) of Given, was indicted with one(1) count of Embezzlement, two (2) counts of Forgery, two (2) counts of Uttering, two (2) counts of Falsifying Accounts, thirty-one (31) Counts of Fraudulent Use of An Access Deliver, ten (10) counts of Computer Fraud, one (1) count of Fraudulent Scheme, and one (1) count of Conspiracy to Commit a Felony, all felonies.
