This isn’t the first time Chuck Todd has said something to trigger liberal America. It probably won’t be the last time either. The NBC News political director and host of Meet the Press made a comment about the incoming Biden administration promise that led to scores of liberals blowing a gasket. I usually don’t blog about what’s trending on Twitter, but I saw Todd was a topic and it’s a laugh riot. It seems liberals are upset that Todd made a rational comment about the fallout to Biden’s presidency if he fails to meet his promise of 100 million vaccination in 100 days. The news comes less than a week after a mob, stirred up by Trump, broke into the U.S. Capitol building, leaving five people dead, including a Capitol police officer. Democrats are pushing for Trump to be removed from office, even as Joe Biden is scheduled to take office Jan. 20.
The medal is the nation s highest civilian honor, according to the White House. The president gives it to people who have made exceptional contributions to the security or national interests of America, to world peace, or to cultural or other significant public or private endeavors, the White House says on its website. ....

On the first day of 2021, the name of Jefferson Davis was making the rounds on Twitter. Thousands of people, talking about Davis, compared him to President Donald Trump. After many attempts from Trump and his allies to overturn President-elect Joe Biden s victory, Congress will meet Wednesday, January 6, to formally count the votes cast by the Electoral College 306 for Biden, 232 for President Donald Trump. It takes 270 to win the White House.
Trump, and allies such as Senator Josh Hawley (R-Mo.), is seeking to upend the proceedings. Hawley said that he would object to Congressâs certification of the Electoral College results on that day. Hawley hinted that other senators could soon join his effort. âA number of offices have reached out via staff to ours and said weâre interested,â he told reporters. âBut does that mean that they will? I donât know yet.â ....
