The 353-page complaint petitions the Supreme Judicial Court to force a closer examination of accusations leveled in a U.S. Department of Justice report made public in July. James Leydon, communications director for Hampden District Attorney Anthony Gulluni, said officials are still trying to confirm the victim’s identity before disclosing their name. The driver died at the scene the crash on County Road, near Bluemer Road and Camp Jahn Road.
