Jason Sereda, executive director of Living Space, spoke about the perpetual costs to communities that provide Band-Aid solutions to homelessness.
His presentation on Tuesday afternoon, entitled “The economics of homelessness”, was directed to an online business audience hosted by the Timmins Chamber of Commerce.

It provided Sereda an opportunity to reiterate a goal set by Living Space to end homelessness in Timmins by the year 2025.
Living Space has been the topic of much discussion in the community in recent days, after the organization announced late last week its plans to move much of its operations to a new location 316 Spruce St. S.
