The event was inspired by Easton Barnaby, the godson of Christina Peregrym, who owns the Peoria and Happy Valley Jabz locations. Easton was diagnosed with Down syndrome prior to his birth and had several health-related complications. âHe was one of the cutest newborns I have ever seen, which says a lot because I have kids of my own,â Peregrym said. Two years ago, at the age of 2, Easton was diagnosed with leukemia at Phoenix Childrenâs Hospital after having liver problems.
