A leaseholder of flats in Bristol who risked tenants lives by a flagrant breach of fire safety has been fined Â£100,000.
Jayne Brown, 51, of Whitehouse Lane in Pilning, pleaded guilty to breaching a prohibition notice regarding the premises in Prince Street between August 16 and 28, 2019.
Brown was the leaseholder of a substantial house in multiple occupation (HMO) at the address, which had some 80 tenants. ....
