A MOTORIST was found to be driving with cocaine and MDMA in his system only after he pulled over and approached police officers himself. Mark Truelove had gone out to get a takeaway on June 28 this year when he got out of his Vauxhall Corsa to ask police officers it was safe to pass after they were seen to be dealing with another matter in the Llys Heulog area of Llandrindod Wells. Officers noted the 27-year-old was acting hyperactively and suspected he was under the influence of drugs. He had been drinking and taking drugs the previous evening and after a roadside drugs test proved positive he was arrested. Later samples provided at the police station found Truelove had two-and-a-half times the legal amount of cocaine in his system and seven times the legal amount of MDMA. ....
