The Ste. Genevieve Board of Aldermen conducted a public hearing on Thursday evening to discuss a possible annexation.
The public hearing didn’t have much drama, lasting less than one minute with no questions asked.
Ste. Genevieve Mayor Paul Hassler called the annexation “a slam dunk” move after the meeting – since many of the questions were answered during a Ste. Genevieve Planning and Zoning meeting on April 1.
GHS Holdings, LLC has requested annexation of a 0.46-acre tract into the city of Ste. Genevieve.
The land is located at 21551 State Highway 32, with GHS Holdings as the owner. Emily Gegg is listed as the registered agent. The original general warranty deed to the property is dated Aug. 30, 2019.
