This has become a record-breaking year for anti-trans legislation, with over 100 bills introduced in state legislatures across the country. Most of the legislation being debated targets transgender children, with over 30 bills intended to deny trans kids lifesaving gender-affirming medical care and over 60 bills intended to deny trans children the ability to participate in sports. With these laws passing in states across the country, we have to take a stand and let trans youth know they are not alone. Trans kids need to be told again and again that they are supported, loved, and celebrated, especially when legislators attempt to use them for political gain, stripping their rights and enacting serious damage in the process. ....
Shortly after Orla s birth, Mrs Walden was taken to theatre due to issues with her placenta. It wouldn t deliver, Mr Walden explained. They took her to theatre to remove it, and whilst doing so, she went into cardiac arrest. Doctors performed CPR on Mrs Walden for 20 minutes and managed to resuscitate her. However, they struggled to control the severe blood loss which had occurred as a result of the placental complications. They ended up performing an emergency hysterectomy to stop the bleeding, which had initially seemed to work. They explained to us that there was a very small chance this could happen, but the doctor said in his 20 years he s never seen anything like this, Mr Walden said. ....

Jessica Walden, of Bramford, gave birth to second daughter, Orla Anne Walden, on Friday, May 7 at Ipswich Hospital. Shortly after Orla s birth Mrs Walden who had suffered with complications towards the end of her pregnancy was placed on life support after suffering a cardiac arrest and severe blood loss. She sadly died in the early hours of Sunday, May 9. ....

Defendants sentenced in 35th Judicial District Court Special to the Bulletin District Attorney Micheal Murray s office reported the following defendants were recently sentenced in 35th Judicial District Court: Forrist Lee Pierce pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver drug free zone and was sentenced to 25 years in prison. Jessica Walton, on probation for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, was adjudicated and sentenced to six years in prison. Walton, on probation for delivery of a controlled substance, was adjudicated and sentenced to two years in state jail. Zoe Dawn Thomas, on probation for aggravated sexual assault of a child, was adjudicated and sentenced to five years in prison.
