Rachael was born on December 8, 1995, in Waterbury. She grew up in various towns located in Horry County, S.C., and in Litchfield County. She graduated early from Lewis S. Mills High School in Burlington. To explore her interest in becoming a nurse, she was trained to become a certified nurses aide. That experience led her to become a licensed practical nurse at Porter and Chester Institute in Waterbury. Nursing was one of her many passions, as it allowed her to heal, help and care for others. More than anything, Rachael loved spending time with her family. Some activities that she enjoyed doing with her husband and their children were going to the beach, watching movies, going to church, posting on social media, using various platforms, riding four-wheelers and roller skating. ....
