The annual ice event put on by the Rochester Downtown Alliance (RDA) usually draws in thousands of people. But with the pandemic, things needed to change if they wanted to keep it going. We thought, what would be safe and allow people to come through at their leisure? So we have Improv-ICE, says Holly Masek, Executive Director for the Downtown Rochester Alliance. Instead of just one weekend, Improv-ICE will be a week-long event. RDA hopes this will keep crowd sizes small. ....
