(Jed Carlson / jcarlson@superiortelegram.com) A Duluth man is facing arraignment on a charge of first-degree reckless homicide in connection with an overdose death of a woman in Superior in Douglas County Circuit Court. Court Commissioner Rebecca Lovejoy found probable cause Wednesday, March 31, after hearing testimony from Superior Police Detective Christopher Moe, who was assigned to investigate the June 11, 2020, death of a woman identified only as the victim. Jeffery Paul Linder, 42, could face up to 40 years in prison and a $100,000 fine if convicted for providing drugs that lead to the Superior woman s death.
