Parsons goes on to say that the Dryden product was always looking to get better. “Jeff was always trying to improve, and would often reach out to us coaches to get our insight to what he can do better,” says Parsons, “His work ethic and attention to detail will be missed next season.” Though he is far from the biggest player on the ice, McMenemy was an important part of the Thistles special teams. Maggie Hassan, D-N.H., joined other elected leaders across the nation Thursday in calling for President Donald Trump to be removed from office due to Wednesday’s “insurrection” at the Capitol, and for the individuals involved to be held fully accountable. “I believe President Trump is unfit for office and for the country’s sake he should leave office as quickly as possible,” Hassan said in a video call with Granite State media outlets Thursday afternoon, condemning Trump for “inciting” the incident. Hassan went on to clarify that she supports Trump’s removal by impeachment or through invoking the 25th Amendment of the Constitution. She said she also encourages Trump to resign outright while expressing support for the most expedient of these three options. ....
