The board, minus the absent president, also unanimously voted to discontinue the $20,000-per-year contract for financial software in favor of utilizing a past software in 2021 while searching for a more streamlined option throughout next year. Board Member Jeff Jones asked for more of an update on the status of coronavirus cases, too, during the meeting noting consistent questions from his circles concerning the virus.
