(Woodford County Jail) GERMANTOWN HILLS, Ill. Two men have been arrested in connection with a stolen vehicle incident Saturday night in Germantown Hills. The Woodford County Sheriff’s Office said the men were taken into custody not far from the scene of a crash that involved a Deputy’s squad car. Julius Davis, 20, was arrested for obstructing justice and possession of a controlled substance. Demetrious Davis, 23, was arrested for obstructing justice. Both men were taken to the Woodford County Jail and were awaiting a court appearance Monday. Two juveniles were previously arrested for the incident Saturday night in which they allegedly drove a stolen vehicle into a Woodford County Sheriff’s deputy’s car, hitting it head-on. ....
GERMANTOWN HILLS An incident last weekend in which teenagers were accused of crashing a stolen car into a Woodford County deputy s vehicle has resulted in four arrests. Julius I. Davis, 20, and Demetrious E. Davis, 23, were accused of obstructing justice in connection with the incident that happened Saturday night on Lakemper Drive in Germantown Hills, the Woodford County Sheriff s Office announced Monday. Also arrested were two 14-year-olds, a boy and a girl, after they allegedly stole the car and crashed it into the deputy s vehicle while trying to escape. The car was reported stolen from Peoria County, Woodford County Chief Deputy Dennis Tipsword said Monday. ....
Extra eligibility. The NCAA has granted extra eligibility, and is basically not counting this year as I understand it. That should mean that seniors get to come back next year. The question is how many actually will. Danny Davis is eligible regardless since he never redshirted and played in fewer than four games this year. KP should be able to return as per the NCAA. If Ferguson returns, that offense will be fire I am telling you. Berger could be a legit Doak Walker contender, Ferguson top 5 TE nationally, Dike, Davis, Pryor, Graham, and a very stout OL. The speed from Pryor and Dike on the same side would be a coverage nightmare with that speed. Davis and Ferguson would be a nightmare also on the other side. Not to mention Graham re-emerging. ....
