Eric Brinker, a board member of the Promise Fund Florida and the hostess son, took the mic to welcome guests and to acknowledge his mother and her dedication to breast cancer patients. The sales price is more than double what the house last changed hands about four years ago when it was brand new a reflection of the island’s bustling real estate market, which has seen many sellers enjoy sizable returns on their homes over the past year. The buyer was a Delaware-registered limited liability company named 304 Garden Road LLC with an address in care of attorney Paul Krasker’s law office in West Palm Beach.
