Kosher Express Comes to West Orange By Jill Kirsch | April 08, 2021 Kosher Express, the well known kosher Chinese take out restaurant in Fair Lawn, now has a second location in the heart of West Orange. Located in Pleasantdale Center next to the West Orange Bake Shop, the new store is in the space formerly occupied by Glatt Fusion. Proprietor Jay Hirschhorn spoke to The Jewish Link in a telephone interview. “We’ve been in Fair Lawn since December 2019. I heard that the owner of Glatt Fusion was looking to leave, so I stepped in.” Hirschhorn acknowledged that the past year has been difficult, and his business, like so many others, has been impacted by COVID-19. “For this whole year, no one had parties. There really wasn’t any catering.” he said. “But hopefully things are starting to turn around. I’m hoping it only goes up from here.” ....
