It’s an annoying question, like asking an art critic what is their favorite painting, but it invariably comes from an innocent curiosity and enthusiasm, so I try not to roll my eyes when asked. About Zinfandel
Although Zinfandel known as Primitivo in Italy hails from Europe, its most famous incarnations come from the United States. In California, this black grape produces spicy, unctuous red wines. A version of Zinfandel, known as white Zinfandel, is extremely popular in the United States.
In the vineyard, Zinfandel is a black grape with thin skin. Grapes grow in large, compact cones with berries of varying ripeness levels. Because grapes ripen at different times, the resulting wines can have a mix of dried and fresh fruit flavors, however some winemakers hand select the berries to hone the flavor profile. The grape thrives in warm, dry climates and can produce wines that are close to 20% alcohol-by-volume (abv). Wines are often made from old vines that have matured in the vineyard for as long as a century.

The Italian Air Force has just published some images of the Eurofighter Typhoon in special color scheme the service is sending to Beja, Portugal, where NTM 2021 will be held from May 2 to 14, 2021.
NATO Tiger Meet is an annual, multinational, mid-size exercise attended by squadrons sporting Tiger (or feline) emblems. NTM is not an air show: the two-week drills include all types of air-to-air and air-to-ground and a wide variety of support missions, comprising large COMAOs (Composite Air Operations). However, the most known feature of NTM iterations is that almost all units taking part in the exercise bring with them aircraft painted in rather eye-catching tiger color schemes.
