Larry Hogan from eliminating pandemic unemployment benefits before they expire in September. A spokesman for Hogan said there will be no appeal of this decision, noting the lawsuit would outlast the extended benefits, but adds continuing the extra benefits discourages workers from applying for jobs and jeopardizes the state s economic recovery.
