After $3 million medical malpractice verdict, NGHS doctor still faces other lawsuits Frances Mitchell A Northeast Georgia Health System surgeon at the center of a recent $3 million medical malpractice judgment in Hall County has two open lawsuits filed against him, and a settlement was reached in December 2019 on a third case, according to county court records.
