Nancy Molnar Times-Reporter staff writer Dover MIDVALE Village Council is weighing offers from Uhichsville, Dennison and a private ambulance company to provide fire response and emergency medical service. The fire service would replace the Midvale Fire Department, which has struggled to maintain staffing in recent years.  Village officials heard from representatives of all three entities at Thursday s council meeting, but did not make a choice. They discussed contract negotiations in an executive session that was closed to the public. Council s safety and finance committee is expected to meet to discuss the proposals before the full council holds its next regular meeting at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 11 at the pavilion in Midvale Community Park, according to Fiscal Officer Georgianne Turner.
