Timaru teenager Noah Hollamby produced a dominant performance to win the under-17 boys section of the inaugural Tasman Wheelers Junior Tour in Nelson at the weekend.
Hollamby’s dominance saw him claim all three jerseys (King of Mountains, sprint and General Classification) with strong wins in all three stages in the event which is part of Cycling New Zealand s National Road Series.
Hollamby s overall time for the three stages was 3 hours 7 minutes 26 seconds with his Cycling South Canterbury clubmate, Cameron Anderson, taking second in 3:11.7 and Manawatu s Joshua Mulcahy third in 3:11.17. ....
