The convicts are Md Farid Sheikh, 42, and Md Jakir Sheikh, 34, of Sardar Kandi village in Sakhipur thana, reports our local correspondent quoting court sources. Judge Abdus Salam Khan of Women and Children Repression Prevention Tribunal in Shariatpur announced the judgment in presence of the accused, Firoz Ahmed, special public prosecutor of the tribunal, told The Daily Star.
