Dismissal Of Kupwara Teacher: 'Order Smacks Of An Autocratic Tone: Altaf Bukhari

SRINAGAR: Jammu Kashmir Apni Party President Syed Muhammad Altaf Bukhari on Sunday termed the expulsion of a government teacher from the services as an unfortunate and an avoidable decision that has deprived a poor family of its livelihood in highly pressing times.
In a statement Bukhari said that it seems that some elements within the system have misled the Lt. Governor on such a sensitive subject which has fueled the level of insecurity and alienation among the people especially the employees working in the government sector.
He said that it is ironical that the accused teacher was not provided any opportunity to speak or defend himself against the charges levelled against him. Bukhari said that the order smacks of an autocratic tone thus eliminating all privileges enjoyed by a citizen living in the world’s largest democracy having a free and fair judicial set-up in place. ....

Vikram Malhotra, general secretary Jammu Kashmir Apni Party was chief guest on this occasion while Arun Sharma, Sunny Kings Spa, Sayam Pandoh Famous You Tuber, Kuldeep Hans Comedian, Vikram Sharma were the guests of honour.
The film has been directed by Mann and Amay in association with Tera Mera Music. The conceptual design and production part was taken care of by producer Suman Kesarâowner of Suman Kesar Production while the story script and dialogues were written by Vikram Sharma. ....
