The incident took place on Wednesday, near the Jamalpur College in Jamalpur area where some unidentified criminals shot at the BJP leader. The victim, Azfar Shamsi who is also Associate Professor at a Jamalpur College, is the spokesperson of BJP’s Bihar unit.
