민주사회를 위한 변호사모임 노동위원회 소속 류하경 변호사가 21일 와 한 통화에서 말했다. 그가 말하는 이상한 얘기 는 윤석열 대선 예비후보(전 검찰총장)의 주 120시간 노동 발언이다.
윤 예비후보는 19일자 인터뷰에서 스타트업 업계를 만났더니 주52시간제 예외 적용을 호소했다며 게임 하나 개발하려면 일주일에 120시간이라도 바짝 일하고, 이후에 마음껏 쉴 수 있어야 한다라는 것 이라고 했다. 현장 노동자들이 원한다면 주120시간이라도 초과노동을 허용해야 한다는 취지다. 곧바로 과로사회 에 맞지 않는 인식이라는 혹평이 쏟아졌다(관련 기사 : 사람 잡는 대통령 되려 하나 . 윤석열 주 120시간 노동 발언 파문 http://omn.kr/1uikp).

이동원 대법관의 2018년 국회 인사청문회 당시 모습. 연합뉴스 ‘드루킹’과 포털 댓글 조작을 공모한 혐의로 징역 2년을 확정받은 김경수 경남도지사의 상고심 주심(主審)은 대법원2부의 이동원 대법관(58·사법연수원 17기)이다. 그는 진보 일색의 김명수 대법원에서 ‘Mr. 소수의견’으로 불릴 정도로 법리에 관한 한 강직한 원칙주의자다.

이 대법관은 2018년 8월 김명수 대법원장의 제청으로 문재인 대통령으로부터 대법관에 임명됐다. 당시 진보 성향 대법관을 대표하는 ‘민주사회를 위한 변호사 모임’ 창립멤버인 김선수 대법관과 우리법연구회 출신인 노정희 대법관과 함께 임명됐다. 당시 법원 내부에서는 “진보와 보수의 균형을 맞춘 인사”라는 반응이 나왔다.
