As we head into the holiday period, it’s a timely reminder that owners and operators of a range of venues and businesses are required to collect contact information from every person who enters or attends their premises or event for at least 15 minutes. The contact information to be collected includes; the name, contact telephone number and the date and time of entry of attendance and it’s the responsibility of owners and operators to ensure that information is accessible and kept for at least 28 days. ....
