PHILADELPHIAÂ â U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers in Philadelphia discovered more than one pound of ecstasy in three international parcels on April 10.
CBP officers discovered the pills in three shipments that arrived from separate addresses in The Netherlands. A field test of the pills proved positive for the properties of 3,4-Methylenedioxymethamphatemine, commonly known as ecstasy or molly. The three shipments weighed a combined 565.2 grams or one pound, 4 ounces.
The shipments were destined to addresses in Crawford and Chester Counties in Pennsylvania and to Hillsborough County, Fla.
CBP officers seized the ecstasy. Investigations continue.
