Heroin Possession Among Charges Lodged Against Conover Woman Chelsea Renee Peterson Heroin Possession Among Charges Lodged Against Conover Woman February 19, 2021 30-year-old Chelsea Renee Peterson of Smithfield Drive NW in Conover was arrested by Long View Police Officers. She’s charged with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. Peterson is also charged with failure to appear on two counts of misdemeanor larceny and one count of felony probation violation. She was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility this morning (February 19) under $19,000 bond. District Court appearances were scheduled today and for March 1. A Superior Court date is set for April 22. ....
