Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company is back…to the future, back to welcoming patrons into its home in Penn Quarter, and back to the magic of live performance, while acknowledging a new future must be built for a more equitable and sustainable industry. The 2021-2022 season will start to build that future in the here and now by programming previously announced projects, producing a live version of a hit streaming show, and launching a national tour.

Theatre Communications Group has announced the 2021 TCG 60th Anniversary Gala: Our Stories will be held virtually on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at 7:30pm ET with an afterparty to follow. The Gala will honor Ricardo Khan and the Performing Arts Alliance, and both the Gala and virtual live afterparty will be hosted by drag superstar Shequida. Dr. Michelle Ramos, the board chair of PAA and Vision Keeper of Alternate ROOTS, will offer remarks on behalf of PAA. Beaudry is best known as an assistant coach with the 2017/18 Humboldt Broncos, who were involved in a bus crash that killed 16 people. Since that time Beaudry has been heavily involved in the field of mental health and healing, including creatingthe first online mental wellness course for students, Mental Wellness 30 at the Distance Learning Center In Kenaston. He is working with the Canadian Mental Health association in a Peer Support Role and with Prairie Hospice as a volunteer hospice worker, among other activities. The event is being live streamed, and the fee structure is Pay What You Will, with corporate rates available to organizations that would like to purchase more than 10 tickets for their staff members.
