WORCESTER Family and friends came together Monday in St. Peter Catholic Church to celebrate the lives of Edna Mae Williams and her son, Gerald “Jerry” Prince.
Williams, 85, and Prince, 61, both died in a fire Feb. 12 at 13 Jaques Ave. Woodrow Adams Sr., 71, passed away Feb. 13 at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston while being treated for smoke inhalation and injuries he sustained while jumping from the burning building.
The life of Adams, who is the son-in-law of Williams and brother-in-law of Prince, will be celebrated Tuesday.
Woodrow Adams Jr., who is a court officer in Worcester District Court, had nothing but praise for the service and the outpouring of support from the city of Worcester.
