Quase 70% das diretrizes previstas no Plano Diretor da cidade de SP foram executadas em 7 anos, diz levantamento

Sete anos após a aprovação do Plano Diretor Estratégico (PDE) de São Paulo, 68% das diretrizes urbanísticas foram executadas, de acordo com o diagnóstico divulgado pela Prefeitura de São Paulo nesta terça-feira (27). Sancionado em 2014, o plano possui, ao todo, 157 indicadores.
O objetivo do Plano Diretor é criar regras para a expansão territorial sustentável da cidade, aproximando os empregos das moradias.
O levantamento elaborado pela Secretaria Municipal de Urbanismo e Licenciamento englobou o período de 2014 a 2020.
“Esse diagnóstico inicial vai permitir agora que, através de debates com a sociedade, além dos estudos técnicos, a gente comece a pensar quais são os pontos que merecem ser revistos e reajustados para que tenhamos um resultado melhor dos instrumentos de política urbana previstos no Plano Diretor”, afirmou Cesar Azevedo, Secretário Municipal de Urbanism ....

The Renfrew County and District Health Unit (RCDHU) and the Ministry of Environment Conservation and Parks investigated the discovery of a substance floating on and around the shore at Muskrat Lake. The water sample was collected on July 12 and result was received July 14, according to a release issued by the RCDHU July 15.
