(UPDATE: 12/15/20 @ 10:40 P.M.): Hot Springs Chief of Police Mike Close has confirmed that shortly after 7 p.m. on Tuesday, they received a call from a clerk at the Corner Pantry in Hot Springs. Lien reportedly attempted to steal alcohol from the gas station, and when he was confronted by the clerk, he brandished a firearm. Lien is reportedly wearing dark jeans and a Carhartt brand jacket. Hot Springs PD chased Lien for more than a mile through the hills and river before losing sight of him. Chief Close said there may be a possibility that Lien was picked up in a vehicle. Hot Springs PD has followed up on leads regarding his whereabouts, including his last known address. The Corner Pantry Clerk has been shaken up from the traumatic event. ....
