Official at FWCS gets new title
ASHLEY SLOBODA | The Journal Gazette
D. Faye Williams-Robbins will soon trade her mouthful of a title at Fort Wayne Community Schools with a simpler description of her duties – deputy superintendent.
The change isn t official yet, but Superintendent Mark Daniel is already introducing Williams-Robbins that way rather than calling her chief of secondary and student, family and community engagement.
The board is expected to approve this new title and others next month, FWCS spokeswoman Krista Stockman said. Daniel told staff about the changes Wednesday.
“To support the curriculum work ahead, I am making some changes in our organizational chart, primarily to recognize and reflect the importance of the work being done,” Daniel said in a message to staff.
