LaGrange County Jail LAGRANGE â Several people were booked into the LaGrange County Jail from Friday, April 23, through Thursday, April 29, according to jail records. Amy Bolen, 44, of the 1400 block of Spring Street, Fort Wayne, was arrested Friday by LaGrange town police on a temporary custody order. Bolen was picked up by authorities in Noble County. Jordan Gibbs, 24, of the 5600 block of East C.R. 415N, Kendallville, was arrested Friday by LaGrange County police on a charge of driving while suspended. Debbie Ackerman, 52, of the 200 block of South Mountain Street, was booked Friday to serve a sentence relating to an original charge of public intoxication. ....
Bethel Park residents should expect to see crews start road repairs in May. Council recently awarded a $1.53 million contract to Mele & Mele & Sons of Braddock to pave 23 roads. They were the lowest of six bidders. Councilman Joe Consolmagno said that company has worked for Bethel Park the past three years. “We’re extremely satisfied with the work that they have done,” he said. “They do an excellent job. They do the paving, and then we have another company that comes in and does the landscaping. That program has worked out real well.” Stacey Graf, director of engineering, said Bethel Park is in year three of a five-year paving plan designed by RoadBotics. ....

(WMC) - Memphis police say two people are dead after a shooting Wednesday at an apartment complex near Summer Avenue south of Raleigh LaGrange. Officers responded to a shooting at 6029 Summer Trace Drive where they found the victims a male and a female. Both were pronounced dead at the scene. Police say at least one male suspect left the complex driving westbound in a sedan. No other descriptions were immediately available. ....
