New restaurant at Weyfish on Weymouth harbour applies for alcohol licence

A DRINKS application has been submitted for two Weymouth harbourside food businesses on Customs House Quay.
Catch at the Old Fish Market, upstairs above Weyfish, is planning to offer a lunch and dinner service for up to 44 guests, trading seven days a week.
It is requesting a 9am until 10pm drinks licence with closing time at 11pm.
The ‘Hatch on the Harbour’, also on Customs House Quay, is requesting a licence for noon until 8pm seven days a week.
Applicant Ian Barratt says the business serves street seafood as a takeaway or to guests sitting outside the 4 by 4m commercial kitchen. ....
