This season’s been full of accomplishments for the St. Bonaventure Men’s Lacrosse team. They won their first-ever game as a program just two months ago, and they won their first ever MAAC game a few weeks later. Individually, the Bonnies had four players named to the all-conference team along with Jake Rosa being named the MAAC Offensive Player of the Year.
But now, add another accomplishment into this historic season for St. Bonaventure. The Bonnies won their first ever MAAC Playoff game on Friday, defeating the Detroit Mercy Titans 11-8.

Delaware men’s lacrosse has been the class of the Colonial Athletic Association all season, using the nation’s 13th-ranked offense led by Charlie Kitchen, Mike Robinson and Tye Kurtz to rise to the top of the conference standings.
However, the Blue Hens tied a season-low in goals in a Friday night matchup with UMass a number only reached in a loss to Drexel. Delaware had to turn to its defense, and goalie Matt Kilkeary, if it wanted to end its regular season with a seventh CAA win.
Kilkeary and the Blue Hens defense held the Minutemen scoreless throughout the second half en route to a 9-6 win at Delaware Stadium. The home teams scored the game’s final five goals, with Mark Bieda chipping in two tallies during the second-half run.
