Neurodiversity is the inherent differences in neurological structure and function. The term encompasses neurocognitive differences such as autism, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), dyslexia, Tourette’s syndrome, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, intellectual disability and schizophrenia. Although most governments do not provide neurodiverse individuals with the support necessary to enter and remain in the workforce, multinational employers are becoming aware of the benefits of having a neurodiverse workplace and are developing hiring and retention initiatives to support neurodiverse applicants and employees.
Common Elements of Employers’ Neurodiversity Initiatives
Employers have begun to develop and implement programs to support neurodiverse candidates and employees. Although employers’ specific neurodiversity programs may vary, most neurodiversity initiatives have seven elements in common:

The main investigator assigned to probe the police killing of three men in Second Caledonia, Morvant which occurred just over a year ago began tying up loose ends on Friday and questioned some of the officers who were on the scene that day.
Assistant Superintendent Wayne Abbott, of the Southwestern Division, who was only recently assigned the help of two other officers of the Special Intelligence Unit, met with at least eight officers at the Financial Investigations Bureau, Riverside Plaza, Port of Spain.

You’ve heard about the Special Air Service (SAS). Perhaps you’ve heard about their maritime brethren, the Special Boat Service (SBS). Chances are, however, you haven’t heard about their youngest sibling, the Special Reconnaissance Regiment (SRR).
And for a good reason. Created in 2005, this shadowy unit is the equivalent of America’s Intelligence Support Activity (ISA), aka the Activity.

Like the Activity, from the few things publicly known, the SRR specializes in, but certainly is not limited to, Human Intelligence (HUMINT). It’s seen combat in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Syria, among other places.
