BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Oct. 31 (UPI) The AMC cable network is set to honor George Clooney s career with a tribute gala at which the U.S. actor will receive an American Cinematheque Award.
Scheduled to air on AMC Dec. 13, George Clooney: An American Cinematheque Tribute will recognize the 45-year-old Academy Award winner by presenting him with the organization s annual award, said an AMC news release.

Presenting the award to Clooney, who won a Best Supporting Actor Oscar for Syriana, will be actress Julia Roberts, with whom Clooney has worked on the set of Ocean s Eleven and Ocean s Twelve. ....
