Powerhouse Hobbs & Ricky Starks (w/ Hook) defeated Rick Aldridge & Aaron Frye (:31)
The Town Business from Hobbs finished off Frye in just 31 seconds.
Leyla Hirsch defeated Diamante (2:37)
Diamante held her own with Hirsch on the mat for a bit and hit a stunner out of a cazadora and a dropkick in the corner for a near fall. Hirsch came back with a pair of german suplexes and a knee strike. She and Diamante exchanged slaps until Hirsch got sick of that and slapped on the cross armbreaker for the quick tap out.
Varsity Blonds defeated Liam Gray & Adrian Alanis (3:39)
On a week when the Dark Side of the Ring documentary debuts on his father, Brian Pillman Jr. wore Cincinnati Bengals trunks. Alanis and Gray jumped Pillman Jr. and Griff Garrison before the bell, but got stereo suplexed for their troubles. Garrison hit a high boot and Pillman Jr. came in with a dropkick on Alanis, but Alanis came back with a sling blade.

Let’s jump into this week’s episode of AEW Dark.
Powerhouse Hobbs & Ricky Starks vs. Aaron Frye & Brick Aldridge
Brick Aldridge vs. a man built like an actual brick house in Hobbs. Let’s see who wins. Spoiler alert: It was Hobbs. He just destroyed these poor gentlemen and got the win at 32 seconds while Starks just lounged on the ramp.
Blake’s Rating: SQUASH
Leyla Hirsch (7-3) vs. Diamante (5-2)
The Acclaimed defeated D3 and Fuego del Sol
This was The Acclaimed s second match back as a team following Anthony Bowens knee injury as they returned last night on Elevation. Bowens flew in the ring with a hangman’s neckbreaker, pulling D3 down into a backstabber/lungblower from Max Caster. A short time later, Bowens hit a flashy uranage and Caster came off the top with an elbow drop for the win.
Mike and Matt Sydal defeated David Ali & Aaron Frye
Ali was singled out by the Sydals for most of the match. Frye got in to break up a pinfall attempt from Mike after a standing moonsault. He then hit a sky high on Mike for a near fall. Mike used a matrix-esque move to evade a clothesline and tag in Matt who hit Frye with a fisherman s buster. The Sydals then hit him with a double lightning spiral for the win.

Let’s jump into this week’s episode of AEW Dark.
Fuego Del Sol and D3 (AEW tag debut) vs. The Acclaimed (4-1)
The Acclaimed is back and as charismatic as ever. Meanwhile, is this AEW Dark or AEW Light with the sunshine?! Fuego Jones (Taz’s name for him) is still searching for that elusive victory, but I’m confident he’s gonna get it sooner rather than later. You can’t hold a true star down that long. However, Max Caster could hold Fuego down for at least three seconds after The Acclaimed hit the Acclaim to Fame on him for the quick win at 2:56.
It’s Tuesday and you know what that means. Ricky Starks joined Excalibur and Taz on commentary for the first few matches.
The show kicked off with a vignette with Darby Allin promoting his TNT title defense against Jungle Boy tomorrow night. Allin’s promo had a heelish bent to it.
Joey Janela (w/ Sonny Kiss) defeated Will Allday (5:32)
Allday looked good here, hitting a tope suicida on the floor but later missed a senton bomb. Janela went for a brainbuster, but Allday reversed into a brainbuster of his own. Allday also hit a top rope frankensteiner, but whiffed on a moonsault press. Janela hit a death valley driver for the win.
