Cat fight in Evesham over social media comments

A DRUNK woman got in a cat fight with another woman outside the victim s home after reacting to comments made about her on social media. Elizabeth Molineaux went to the victim s address in Evesham after first attending the wrong house, demanding that Leigh Grosvenor come outside. The 27-year-old mum of Summerfield Gardens, Evesham, appeared sobbing over videolink from HMP Eastwood Park at Worcester Crown Court having already admitted affray and battery. The incident itself, described as nasty and ugly by a city judge, happened at around 8pm on December 2 last year. Initially Molineaux attended Boswell Mews in Evesham, shouting come on then! and making reference to stabbing only to be told by a woman at the address that Miss Grosvenor did not live there.

James Pickard, Falmouth drug dealer jailed for selling outside pub

A drug dealer from Falmouth who set up shop in the car park of a closed pub during lockdown has been jailed. James Pickard was arrested after police watched him supplying a string of addicts outside the Malt House in Haven Road, Exeter and a nearby shopping centre. He was selling to pay off a drug debt to a County Lines supply operation which used a taxi to deliver a phone and a large amount of heroin and crack cocaine to his home. He was not being paid but was getting free drugs and a reduction in his £80 debt for each day that he operated as a runner for the gang.

Worcester homeless man s bin fag butt caused university fire

The 48-year-old had also already served seven months on remand, the equivalent of a 14 month prison sentence, a longer jail term than he would have received had he been dealt with sooner. As a result he walked free from the court after completing paperwork in the cells. CCTV shows Fielding, who was homeless at the time, discarding a polystyrene burger box packaging inside the bin. The court heard that Fielding was also in the habit of picking up discarded cigarette butts to see if there was any tobacco left for him to smoke. This was what ignited the fire. Moments later smoke and then fire can be seen rising from inside the Worcester City Council bin on Sunday, May 10 last year. After pleading guilty to arson on a reckless basis, Fielding said: “I am so sorry. It was completely accidental. But I plead guilty.”
