NUR-SULTAN. KAZINFORM – Scattered thunderstorms and hail are to hit the west, north, and mountainous areas of the southeast of Kazakhstan due to the weather fronts on June 16. The remaining parts are to see the weather mostly without precipitation, Kazinform reports.

Doha: Scattered rain of varying intensity, which may be thundery in some areas accompanied by sudden strong wind and blowing dust sometimes, were observed in the northern parts of Qatar in the morning, Qatar Meteorology Department (QMD) said.

Cash amounting to $70,000 scattered throughout the luggage of an accused cocaine supplier was seized by a Customs officer as the man tried to flee New Zealand, a jury has heard.
Ryszard Wilk is one of three men on trial at the High Court in Auckland charged with importation of 4kg of the class A drug in 2016, as part of an alleged international drug syndicate.

LAHORE: Scattered rain and windstorm cooled down the rising temperature of the City here on Tuesday while Met office predicted similar weather conditions for the next 24 hours.
Winds in the City reduced the intensity of heat, Met officials said, adding the minimum temperature in the City was recorded at 17°C while the highest was 27°C. They said the wind blew at the speed of 5km per hour while the humidity was recorded at 55%. Met officials said the current westerly winds were likely to remain in the City for the next four days.
