Bernard John Robbins is on trial charged with murdering Gregory Robbins, 61, at a home in Buderim on the Sunshine Coast on June 2019. Bernard Robbins, 59, admitted he stabbed his brother seven times after a night of drunken arguments, but says he was being held in a headlock, unable to breathe from being choked. He grabbed a knife from a nearby massage table, fearing his brother would injure him or do serious harm, defence barrister Damian Walsh told the Brisbane Supreme Court on Tuesday. ....
