The San Francisco Bay Area is experiencing a spell of pleasantly sunny, unseasonably warm weather in the middle of winter with temperatures Friday through Monday forecast to hit highs in the 60s to low-70s.
Amid the balmy weather many people are likely to head outdoors for a walk or a hike, and the National Weather Service wants to get the word out that the beaches on Friday and into Saturday will be dangerous with high surf. ....
