The 10th annual Ride Don’t Hide for the Canadian Mental Health Association of Northern BC event is going to look a little different this year.
To adhere to provincial health orders, a Ride Don’t Hide mobile app has been created to track participants’ activity, connect with teammates, fundraise and participate in weekly challenges.
From June 1st to 30th, participants from across the country can raise funding by participating in physical activity challenges like running, walking, or dancing.
