Wozniak appointed to 5th DCA Gov. Ron DeSantis has appointed Carrie Ann Wozniak, of Winter Park, to serve on the 5th District Court of Appeal. She fills the spot of Judge Richard Orfinger, who retired. The court s jurisdiction includes Marion County.
