Iran seeks to expand cultural contacts with Belarus
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Iran to Belarus Saeed Yari
MINSK, 2 February (BelTA) – Iran has plans to strengthen cultural contacts with Belarus, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Iran to Belarus Saeed Yari said at the opening of the exhibition of Iranian art “Iran – a precious land” timed to the 42nd anniversary of the 1979 Iranian Revolution. The exhibition went on display in the University of Culture art gallery on 1 February, BelTA has learned.
The diplomat emphasized: “The culture of Iran conveys the most important message, which is peace. We wish all nations, in particular, the friendly people of Belarus, peace and good.” According to him, the exhibition gives a glimpse at the flamboyant and unique culture of the Iranian people. ....
