City Lends Support to Public Art Project, Beautifying New Orleans NEW ORLEANS The City of New Orleans announced an initiative of a community organization named Community Visions Unlimited (CVU), which has recently transformed Louisiana Avenue utility boxes into public art. As Louisiana Avenue was moving through its SELA project, this was our opportunity once the project was completed to also show some love to this area of the city.
