Delaware County, IN – A Canadian company that uses recycled rubber to make speed bumps, parking blocks and rubber supports for rooftop lines and pipes is locating manufacturing operations in Delaware County.
Clearline Technologies will open in a former manufacturing facility in the Industria Center industrial park, the company and the Delaware County commissioners have announced.

Clearline revolutionized the pipe supports industry by using recycled rubber and metal strut to provide a stronger and more durable and environmentally friendly way of ensuring infrastructure longevity for rooftop piping and HVAC solutions. The COVID-19 Pandemic has caused an explosion of renewed interest in gardening! Veteran gardeners with young people and beginners are all growing vegetables in traditional gardens, raised beds and containers across America. No matter if you are in small towns, big cities, the suburbs or out in the country, people want to garden.

Delaware County, IN – The Delaware County Commissioners have overseen a great increase in the assessed value of the county over the past four years.
Add to that accomplishment a steady increase in investment from new companies and expansions by some longtime local companies.
County Commissioner James King said, “Increased assessed values are the building blocks of government. The higher the assessed value of a county, the lower property tax rates and the more impetus for new development and investment.” ....
